The staff were very nice and friendly. The room was really clean and comfortable. I think that the price was reasonable as for the downtown location. I saw other people’s comments regarding noise, but we were not bothered by any noise at all. They also stated that there were many homeless people around, but we didn’t really see that close to the property, however I think it’s obvious as the hotel is located downtown. So, it wasn’t the hotel’s problem, but rather the city’s. Regarding other comments such as lack of fridge, we had our own one. I believe that it’s a great hotel and it is worth more than just one star. Thank you, Pembroke Team :)

Central location, the Phoenix concert venue is literally just a walk through the park. Allan Gardens greenhouse is stunning.

The location was great. Not too far from things, easy to walk instead of having to drive or taxi places. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were all friendly but not intrusive!
